An FAQ written to support sales, onboarding, and trust.

This FAQ explains models, credits, accepted formats, turnaround time, licensing, deletion, and short-video generation.

How does the platform work?

You upload references, choose an idea or inspiration photo, describe what you want changed, and generate photos or videos with your visual identity.

What kind of selfies should users upload?

We need variety: close-ups, full-body shots, different outfits, varied angles, natural expressions, and good lighting. We avoid sunglasses, hats, aggressive crops, and group photos.

Are my photos and videos private?

Yes. Your references and generations stay in your account and do not appear in public galleries. You control what you save, use, or delete.

How do credits work?

You buy credits once, receive them in your account, and use them whenever you want. Simple photos cost less; videos, high quality, and premium models cost more.

Can I try on outfits or sell products?

Yes. You can upload an outfit, accessory, product, or store reference and ask for images or videos of you wearing, holding, presenting, or selling it.

Can users use the generated assets commercially?

Yes, as long as you own or have rights to the references you upload and follow our terms. This includes store, ad, social, and portfolio creatives.

Can users delete selfies and data?

Yes. You can remove references and content from your account. Deleted content stops appearing for you.

How are short videos of the real person created?

The safest path is to generate an excellent still image first and then use that approved still as the base for short video. That preserves identity better and reduces waste.
